DO YOU HAVE SHALLOW HAL SYNDROME?

[dropcap type="circle" color="#COLOR_CODE" background="#ff0033"]S[/dropcap]o many guys out here in Phoenix seem to be afflicted with the same sickness…..they’re looking for something that doesn’t exist.  They are so hell bent on “not settling” they pick apart every girl they’re dating and study them until they find something about them that isn’t perfect or ideal.  Then they’ll use that reason, no matter how insignificant in the over-all picture, as an excuse for why that particular female disqualifies as a potential partner.

Here are some signs his expectations are seriously unrealistic:

  • He dates people who are MUCH younger than him

  • He has the “Shallow Hal” syndrome; meaning he’s average looking (at best) and thinks he deserves to date a supermodel

  • He’s in his 40s and have never been married or engaged

  • He’s had his heart broken in the past

If the last relationships he’s been in ended with him being cheated on or abandoned, STEP AWAY FROM THE PENIS!!  Guys who have lost a love they didn’t have a say over loosing have an EXTREMELY difficult time reconciling the past and moving on with their life.  They’ll over-exaggerate the role their ex played in their life and compare every woman thereafter against something they’ve created to be an unreachable and impossible standard.

  • He questions you relentlessly about your past relationships

  • He wants you to reveal private and intimate details about your life before it’s appropriate or reasonable for him to ask

  • He wants to spend as much time with you as possible right from the jump

  • He studies and watches you to a point where it’s uncomfortable

My advice is to steer clear of these guys!  They’ll only waste your time and break your heart.  Stick to guys who have a proven track record of being in a successful relationship!!
